Level 3 Future Leader

Our Level 3 Future Leaders Programme has been developed to prepare team leaders and supervisors in the tools and techniques to manage people, build relationships and increase performance. At a time when work environments and interactions are changing, there are specific skills that team leaders must acquire and develop for businesses to adapt and be more productive.

Who is it designed for?

Those in a first-line management role across all sectors, with operational/project responsibilities or responsibility for managing a team to deliver a clearly defined outcome. They provide direction, instructions and guidance to ensure the achievement of set goals.

 

Key responsibilities are likely to include supporting, managing and developing team members, managing projects, planning and monitoring workloads and resources, delivering operational plans, resolving problems, and building relationships internally and externally.
